Exhibitor Information

Check-In  begins at 12:00 p.m. on Friday October 19, 2007.  Alpacas should be in place no later than 7:00 p.m.

Check-out  is Sunday October 21, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. at the conclusion of the show.                                                                 

Security  will be provided by the Folsom Police Department and gates will be locked every night at 10:00 p.m.

Animal Display Stalls  will be 12x12 accomodating 4-5 alpacas depending on age.  Stalls will have a rubber flooring.  WE MUST BRING MATTS and ALL ALPACAS MUST HAVE THEIR TOE NAILS CUT.  Extra care must be given to this floor not to hurt it!  Stall space must be reserved for farm displays.  City fire codes prohibit tables and/or chairs being places in the aisles.

State Health Requirements  will be checked upon arrival.  Alpacas (including Cria) that are brought in for marketing or display must have the following:
Alpaca Name (as shown on the ARI Registration Certificate)
A Copy of the ARI Registration Certificate
Certificate of Veterinary Inspection issued within 30 days of the show
Microchip
Neg PCR for BVDV (test includes Cria)
Neg TB
Neg Brucellosis

Veterinarian Services  will be available for emergency situations only.    Expenses are the owner's responsibility and will be billed at the time of service. 

Feed and Hay  are the responsibility of the exhibitor and not available at the event.

Fans and Extension Cords  are allowed.  ALL EXTENSION CORDS MUST BE GFCI APPROVED!

Dogs  or other pets are not allowed.
